Born and raised in the Chicago area, Rico’s path to ministry took off during his time at Northern Illinois University, where he earned a degree in Psychology and developed a deep passion for serving others. After committing his life to Christ in 2020, he served as a summer intern at the North Ministry Center—an experience that led him to step into full-time ministry.

Rico feels deeply blessed to be part of such a vibrant, impactful community. Outside of work, you’ll find him skiing, playing the piano, working out, and spending quality time with friends.
