Empowering Chicago’s Youth

This past Fall 2025, the Beasley Academic Center became a hub of transformation. For six weeks, the Skyline-HOPEww-SPARK Saturday Program brought together young scholars for a unique journey of growth, healing, and empowerment.

Building Character Through the Arts

Guided by the proven SPARK curriculum, students explored the six pillars of character. Through creative arts and character-building exercises, these bright minds gained essential tools to navigate today’s complex social world with newfound confidence and resilience.

Healing and Hope

More than just a series of lessons, the academy provided a safe space for students to:

• Process and navigate trauma.
• Break cycles of oppression.
• Rewrite their personal stories with hope and strength.

Looking Toward the Future

The impact of this program extends far beyond the classroom. Each step forward plants seeds for lasting change within these youths, their families, and the wider Chicago community.

We are thrilled to announce that we will be welcoming students back for the Spring 2026 semester! We believe that God’s plan is mighty, and we are honored to continue nurturing the potential in every child.
