Curt and Heidi Ammons: Curt and Heidi Ammons have been serving the Chicago Church of Christ in the full time ministry since 1995. Currently residing in the western suburbs of Chicago, the Ammonses serve as Evangelist and Women’s ministry leader for the Youth and Family ministry in the West Suburban Ministry Center. Curt is a graduate of the College of Dupage and is currently pursuing a Bible degree from the Moody Bible Inst. Heidi is a graduate and former basketball player at Miami University. |

Jeff and Roberta Balsom: Jeff is an elder here in our ministry serving with his wife, Roberta. They have lived and served in western suburbs since moving to the Chicagoland area in 1988. They were married in Columbus, Ohio in 1980 and they have three children: Paul (along with his wife live here in Chicago), Susan (along with her husband Ben work in the campus ministry in Texas) and Alex. Jeff and Roberta feel a strong calling to help others build strong marriages and families to bring honor and glory to God in our homes. |

James and Jennifer Becknell have been serving in the full time ministry since 1994. Both James and Jennifer were raised, converted to Christ and married in Los Angeles. The Becknell's were put into the full time ministry in L.A., where they served a variety of ministries. James is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he also served as campus minister. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles. They moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1998 where they served in the ministry until May of 2001. They have two daughters, Jordan and Jade, both born in Milwaukee. They have been in Chicago since May of 2001. James serves as a Teacher in the congregation and is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity from Harding University Graduate School of Religion. |

Ed and Nancy Dawson: Ed and Nancy Dawson were married and began serving in the ministry together in 1987. They returned to Chicago in 2007 to work with the West Suburban Ministry Center and are thoroughly enjoying being back in Chicago, working with many of the same people they served in the early 90's when their oldest daughter was an infant. During their 13 year absence from Chicago, they served the churches in Cincinnati and Dayton, the Baltimore region in Washington D.C., and in Indianapolis. Through the years, they have worked with teens, campus, singles, and married ministries. Ed and Nancy have two daughters who are both faithful disciples; Lindsay attends Radford University in Virginia, and Erica is a sophomore in high school. Ed and Nancy both graduated from Douglas Jacoby's Ministry Training Program; Ed also has a degree in business from Indiana University, and Nancy has a degree in pharmacy from Butler University. |

Jeff and Kelly Throne: Jeff and Kelly were baptized as disciples of Jesus in the teen ministry in Washington DC and Tallahassee, FL. Both Jeff and Kelly attended Florida State University where they received their bachelor degrees in Graphic Design and Communications and were married their junior year. After graduating, Jeff and Kelly moved to Chicago to pursue careers in Advertising and Marketing. Seeing a need in the west suburban campus’ Jeff and Kelly decided to leave their jobs to serve God and the students at College of DuPage, and a handful of other colleges in the western suburbs. |
