The Chicago Church of Christ is served by three appointed teachers:

Phil Lasarsky

Phil Lasarsky and his wife Kim have been faithful Christians for nearly 30 years. They are courageous disciples who are known for their deep love for God's word and for their personal example. Phil has served in many leadership roles in the church over the years and was recently appointed as one an elder.

Steve Staten

Steve and Tricia Staten have served in various ministry capacities since 1988. Steve is an Evangelist for the Chicago Ministry Center and oversees staff education. He has a Masters of Arts in Theology from Wheaton College. Together they have raised three girls, one of which at the University of Reading in England, another at Wheaton College and a third at Lincoln park High School.

Verne Wetherholt

Verne and his wife Karen are part of the Greater Westland Ministry Center.
