The Sexual Integrity Ministry has two components. The first is focused on ministering to people who are trapped in the addiction cycle of sexual sin. The addiction cycle starts with the desire to participate in some sinful form of sexuality, such as looking at pornography, masturbation or hiring prostitutes. The desire leads to some type of acting out. Afterwards, the individual is filled with shame and resolutions never to do that again. Sometimes the individual confesses to another brother and prays for forgiveness. However, this pattern is repeated over and over and can go on for decades if not broken. This ministry seeks to break this cycle through radical openness, close accountability within the group and careful training on how to follow Jesus.

The second component to this ministry is focused on the women who are either married to, or in a serious relationship with, a man in sexual addiction. They often suffer tremendously and develop unhealthy relationship patterns with the addicted person. The group seeks to support the women through spiritual growth and transformation, so that ultimately they get their security from God.
