The Youth and Family ministry will be conducting two devotionals simultaneously on April 26th from 4-6 p.m. The location is the Midwest Conference Center, 401 W. Lake Street, Northlake.
We are thrilled to have Mike & Terrie Fontenot teaching at our congregational parenting devotional. Mike serves as an elder/evangelist in the Hampton Roads Church of Christ. This devotional is for parents of 5th-12th graders.
This is our third devotional in our Faith & Conviction series. The title will be Prepared to Answer: False Christian Doctrine.
A devotional will be held April 12th for futher study on two important topics. The same devotional will be held two different times and two different locations to better accomodate the whole congregation.

Over the centuries the concept of who belongs to Christ’s Church has been ransacked by various men and agendas. The New Testament concept of “one body” seems beyond reach. Many ask, ‘Where do we draw lines without excluding some of Christ’s disciples?’
This Bible study will cover great anchors for disciples to make sure they are in a safe place in His body. And God’s Word give soundings for navigating past the sandbars of inclusivism, sharp rocks of exclusivism and the hidden reefs of pluralism. In simple words, you must be careful on defining who’s in, who’s not and how God’s design holds it all together?

For the Christian who wants to marry, choosing a lifelong mate is likely the single most important decision that one will ever make. For Christians there is no ‘divorce to get out of this mistake free card’. Join us for a study on what “belonging to the Lord” means, how to choose a mate and wisdom in reaching out to the opposite sex.
The Chicago Church of Christ Bridge Ministry supports college-bound high school seniors in making the transition from the teen to campus ministries. The next Bridge Ministry devotional will be held at 7pm on April 25th at the church office, 655 W. Grand Ave in Elmhurst. Students are encouraged to attend the congregational campus devotional following the devotional. Parents are also welcome to attend the devotional or simply come with any questions they might have about the campus ministry. If you have any questions about the Bridge Ministry you may contact either Chris Zillman, who is the campus minister for NIU or Winston Batino, who is the campus minister for the Downtown Campuses.
